1. Scope
This policy applies to all MarksEasy services including Test‑Prep Courses, Online Tutoring, Mock Tests, and Digital Marketing services.
2. Course Enrollments
- Pre‑Course Cancellation: Full refund (less ₹500 processing fee) if canceled up to 7 days before course start date.

Post‑Start Cancellation:
- 75% refund if canceled within first 7 calendar days of course commencement.
- No refund after 7 days or once recorded materials are accessed.
- Package Upgrades: Price difference applies; no refund for downgrade.
3. Online Tutoring
- Session Cancellation: Notify 24 hours in advance to reschedule; no‑show forfeits the session fee.

Bulk Package:
- Unused sessions refundable at 80% of per‑session rate if canceled before first session.
- No refund once 50% of sessions are completed.
4. Mock Tests & Analytics
Mock Test packages are non‑refundable once accessing the first test. Data analytics subscriptions may be canceled with prorated refunds for unused portion upon 15 days’ notice.
5. Digital Marketing Services
- Ad Spend: Non‑refundable once campaigns run and spend is incurred.

Retainer Fees:
- Prorated refund if cancellation notice is given before midpoint of billing cycle.
- No refund for hours already delivered or after midpoint.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email refund@markseasy.com with your order or enrollment details.
- Include reason for cancellation and relevant order/invoice number.
- Allow up to 14 business days for processing upon approval.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfer fees, if any, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
8. Policy Updates
MarksEasy reserves the right to update this policy. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance.
